ClearedLife is being built around data minimization. The current readiness funnel does not ask you to submit SF-86 answers, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, financial-account information, or other detailed personnel-vetting records.
Readiness assessment
The assessment asks whether broad categories of your history are organized. Your detailed answer text and personalized results are kept in your browser session so the results page can be generated.
Early-access lead information
If you choose to save your result and join early access, ClearedLife stores your email address, optional first name, overall readiness score, readiness band, category scores, consent status, signup source, and timestamps. This information is used to manage the early-access list, understand product demand, and contact people who have opted in to ClearedLife updates.
Infrastructure and analytics
ClearedLife currently uses Vercel to host the website and provide web analytics, and Supabase to store early-access lead records. ClearedLife does not send your email address or detailed assessment answers to Vercel Analytics. Funnel analytics use coarse events such as assessment completion, results views, lead conversion, and readiness score band.
Data minimization
ClearedLife should collect only information required to deliver a user-requested feature. A production ClearedLife Vault will not launch until the security architecture, access controls, encryption approach, retention model, deletion controls, and applicable legal requirements have been reviewed.
Deletion and contact
Until self-service account controls are available, you may request removal of your early-access information by contacting hello@clearedlife.com.
