Before launch
A production service that stores personnel-vetting history should publish a complete privacy policy describing what is collected, why it is collected, where it is processed, retention periods, deletion controls, subprocessors, incident handling, and user rights. Sensitive records should not be collected until the security architecture and legal requirements have been reviewed.
Data minimization
ClearedLife should collect only information required to deliver a user-requested feature. Readiness scoring should avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive details.
